Have you ever wondered what tattoos used to look like?

I really hadn't.  The only ones I'd ever considered from the past were army/navy tattoos that men used to get.  It hadn't even occurred to me that women back in the day got them too.  

This lady's actually totally reminds me of a textile pattern!  It's kind of like Schumacher's Chiang Mai Dragon, no? 

Anyway, that's all.  Just a random thought for you.
