I unabashedly love Keri Russell.  I've seen every episode of Felicity (which says a lot, seeing as I'm not a TV person... I think the show actually might've been a subconscious reason I went to NYU (Felicitiy went to "UNY" on the show)), and have watched Waitress almost as many times as I've watched When Harry Met Sally.

She's just so darn charming, she has great hair, and I love that she married a carpenter and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and baby.  And then she went and wore this great outfit and I had to put her on the blog.

Jumpstarting the weekend with the infectious beats of French pop cutie Yelle.  All the official videos are un-embeddable, so you'll have to watch them on youtube, but the one below should be enough to entice you if you think there might be any room in your heart (iTunes) for some French pop.

One awesome video here, and the official video for the song above here.  You really should watch the real versions, they're super fun with loads of 80's style on steroids.  Think Lady Gaga eccentric but happier, cuter, French, and without the weird fetish-y undertones.

Girl Crush >> Emmanuelle Alt >> Who knew she had an absurdly cute daughter??

I posted this pic above of Emmanuelle Alt a while ago, and ever since I've noticed that in every single picture I see of her, she looks unbearably cool.  This really isn't any surprise given that she's head of Vogue Paris, but I like that she isn't super-trendy or all dressed up all the time.  Usually just a tshirt or sweater with jeans and a great jacket... just casual, a little rough/tough around the edges, but still very chic, with an effortlessness about the whole thing. 

Anyway, then I saw these pics of her daughter, and I almost died.

I want one just like her.

 Cuffed jeans, trench, striped tee, and flats?  Seriously?  Does Emmanuelle dress her or is that just genetically inherited style right there?  Either way, I don't care, I want to steal her.  She couldn't get ANY cuter.

Other than the fact that I love her name, I also crush on Clemence's style and the oh-so-French way that she always looks stylish and sexy, and yet simultaneously like she just threw it on and didn't even brush her hair.
